By Plain:

There is no international airline flights available close to the province of Hamedan, so you need to take a flight into one of the International Airports, then book a local flight to Hamedan.

Drive 284 km to Hamedan city center.

 

When to Visit

As a province located near Zagros Mountain Range, the climate is cold and dry, so it seems better to touch the identifying nature and unique history of the city since the end of March to the middle of June, also feeling a cool weather since the middle of September to the end of November.

How to Visit

Hamedan city is divided into 3 main circles, so having a walking tour into the first and the second circle gives you the best ideas about the most of the touristic sites in the city centre, but you need to take excursions to capture a view of Ganjnameh and Jewish holy shrine.
