Niavaran Complex is located in Sahebgharanieh district in Shemiran area of the northeast part of Tehran, where sahebgharanieh mansion was built during Qajar Dynasty as a summer palace for the imperial families, also another modern monument was architected during the last king of Pahlavi dynasty to host their guest and being used as a family residence.

Zahir-od-dowleh cemetery is a cultural and artistic spot, where many contemporary poets such as Forough Farrokhzad, Nima Yooshij, Rahi Mo’ayyeri and Iraj Mirza are buried there.

Drive 50 km to the city center.

When to Visit

Tehran is a four-season city which shows its highest beauty in spring and autumn, so plan your tour to enjoy the greenness of the capital since the beginning March to the end of April or have a trip arg the end of summer for capturing picturesque landscapes of autumn since the end of September to the end of November.

How to Visit

Divide your trips to some days for the different areas of Tehran, let’s dedicate one day to north part to enjoy the cool weather among palaces and museums, the other day to the city centre to visit Unesco World Heritages the mansions and the third day to the walking Street of Vali’Asr in order to feel a hundred year of stories.
